q~how long before i get my shipment?

a~alchemy does its very best to ship as soon as possible.

our usual ship days are tuesday and thursday.

we track all packages so you may email us any time to find out where your package is.

q~do you have a store to visit?

a~we do not have a storefront but please see our calandar of events if you wish to meet us in person.

q~if i order several yards of trim will they be one long piece?

a~due to the nature of a bolt of trim we cannot guarantee that trim over 3 yards will be in one continuous piece.
we will do our best to try and get a single piece from the yardage, but sometimes it really is impossible.
