White Sage Stick is about 5". To use light one end of a smudge stick and blow it out (much like lighting regular stick incense). The end continues to smolder and the smoke is used for purification and cleansing. The smudge stick can then be tamped out and re-used later. Smudging clears negative energy and purifies the physical and finer environments. Everything and everyone has an energetic (auric) field around them.
